Ingredients For wheat germ molasses muffins

  • 2 c
    unbleached white flour
  • 1 c
    wheat germ
  • 1 Tbsp
    baking powder
  • 1
    egg
  • 3/4 c
    milk
  • 1/4 c
    canola oil
  • 1/4 c
    molasses
  • 1/4 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • cooking spray

How To Make wheat germ molasses muffins

  • 1
    Combine flour, wheat germ, and baking powder - sit aside.
  • 2
    Mix egg, oil, molasses, and sugar- beat well with hand-mixer. Add flour mixture and mix at low-speed with hand-mixer only until flour is damp.

    Lightly coat muffin tin cups with cooking spray. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full.

    Bake in preheated 375 oven for 25 minutes.
