1 capplesauce, unsweetened

1/3 cbrown sugar

2 Tbspalmond milk

1 cflour

2 tspbaking powder

1/3 cdried cranberries
How To Make vegan peanut butter muffins

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line muffin pan with papers.

2Mix together peanut butter, applesauce, brown sugar and milk.

3Blend in flour and baking powder until well combined.

4Fold in dried cranberries.

5Bake 20 - 25 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

6Cool in pan 15 minutes.
