Ingredients For vegan peanut butter muffins

  • 1 c
    chunky peanut butter
  • 1 c
    applesauce, unsweetened
  • 1/3 c
    brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    almond milk
  • 1 c
    flour
  • 2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/3 c
    dried cranberries

How To Make vegan peanut butter muffins

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line muffin pan with papers.

    Mix together peanut butter, applesauce, brown sugar and milk.

    Blend in flour and baking powder until well combined.
  • 4
    Fold in dried cranberries.

    Bake 20 - 25 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

    Cool in pan 15 minutes.
