Of all the quick breads that I make this is one of my favorites. I love the bread and icing combination and could eat this every day.

Ingredients For ultra yummy pumpkin bread

1 can(15 oz) solid pumpkin

4eggs
-
1 cvegetable oil
-
2/3 cwater
-
3 cwhite sugar
-
3 1/2 call purpose flour
-
2 tspbaking soda
-
1 1/2 tspsalt
-
1 tspground cinnamon
-
1 tspground nutmeg
-
1/2 tspground cloves
-
1/4 tspground ginger
- FROSTING
-
4 ozpackage cream cheese softened
-
1/4 cbutter softened
-
1/2 tspvanilla extract
-
2 1/2 cpowdered sugar
How To Make ultra yummy pumpkin bread

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 7x3 inch loaf pans (2 needed).

2In large bowl mix pumpkin, eggs, oil, water, and sugar until well blended. in a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and ginger. Stir the dry ingredients into the pumpkin mixture until just blended. Pour into the prepared pans.

3Bake for about 60 minutes in the preheated oven. Loaves are done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

4While loaves baking in large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla until well blended. Slowly while mixing add powdered sugar.

5Once bread completely cooled pour frosting over top of each loaf. (In my kitchen, we skip this step and add a little frosting to a slice of bread.)
