Ingredients For tucson corn bake..

  • 2 16oz can
    cream-style corn
  • 2
    eggs beaten
  • 3/4 c
    yellow cornmeal
  • 1 tsp
    garlic salt
  • 6 Tbsp
    vegetable oil
  • 1 4oz can
    green chilies chopped fine
  • a few dashes of hot sauce
  • 2 c
    greated chedder cheese
  • 1 sm
    onion chopped fine

How To Make tucson corn bake..

    Pre-heat oven to 350...Mix all ingredients together except chilies,onion,and cheese.

    Divide the mixture in half..Place half the mixture in a greased 8-inch baking dish...Mix chilies,onion,and gheese together; place on top of vorn mixture...Cover with the rest of the corn mixture. bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes
