Ingredients For tennessee sour cream biscuits

  • 2 c
    self-rising flour
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 2 stick
    melted butter
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt

How To Make tennessee sour cream biscuits

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees Mix sour cream and melted butter in a medium size bowl
  • 2
    Stir in one cup of the flour and the salt when blended add the other cup of flour
  • 3
    Spoon into ungreased muffin pan, filling the cups 2/3 full Bake 25-30 minutes till golden brown
  • 4
    Note: you can use lower fat sour cream and light butter and they are just as good
