2 cself-rising flour

1 csour cream

2 stickmelted butter

1/4 tspsalt
How To Make tennessee sour cream biscuits

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees Mix sour cream and melted butter in a medium size bowl

2Stir in one cup of the flour and the salt when blended add the other cup of flour
-
3Spoon into ungreased muffin pan, filling the cups 2/3 full Bake 25-30 minutes till golden brown

4Note: you can use lower fat sour cream and light butter and they are just as good
