This is my recipe for Pecan Banana bread .. taken from other recipes and tweaked just the way i like it!

Ingredients For tasha's pecan banana bread

1/2 cbutter (softened)

1 cbrown sugar

3 mdbananas
-
1/2 tspvanilla

2 lgeggs

1/2 tspsalt

2 cflour
-
2 tspbaking powder
-
1/2 tspcinnamon

1 tsphoney
-
1/4 tspall spice
-
1 cchopped pecans
How To Make tasha's pecan banana bread

1Preheat oven to 325. Grease a loaf pan (when I made mine I double the recipe and get a loaf pan and 12 muffins out of it.)

2Mash Bananas

3In a large mixing bowl, beat together butter and brown sugar until creamed.

4Beat in eggs

5add vanilla and honey

6add mashed bananas

7in a separate bowl, combine flour, salt, baking powder, cinnamon and all spice. Gradually add this dry mixture into creamed mixture and mix well. (batter should be thick)

8Stir in chopped pecans

9Pour into greased loaf pan

10Bake at 325 for 70-80 minutes (if making muffins they take about half the time)
