Can you tell I like strawberries? Or muffins? These are just fantastic, and you will love them. I would love to say that I bake and freeze them for later eating, but wouldn't want to fib!

Ingredients For strawberry muffins

10 ozfrozen sliced strawberries, thawed and undrained

2 cflour
-
2/3 csugar

1 1/2 Tbspbaking powder

3/4 tspsalt
-
2/3 cmilk
-
2eggs
-
1/3 coil
-
strawberry butter (see directions)
How To Make strawberry muffins

1Reserve 2 T strawberries for butter. Stir flour , sugar, baking powder and salt into bowl. Make a well in center. Stir strawberries, milk, egg and oil until blended, add to dry ingredients just until moistened. Spoon into greased muffing pans, 2/3 full. Bake at 375 degrees 20 min, remove immediately.

2For butter: stir strawberries with 1/2 c softened butter until well blended.
