How To Make starbucks chocolate muffin

1Put the corn oil, egg liquid, milk, and white sugar into the mixing bowl.

2Stir the ingredients at 50sec/REV 3.

3Add the sieved low gluten flour, corn starch, coco powder, baking powder, milk powder, and salt.

4Smash the ingredients at 40sec/REV 3 and scrape the smashed ingredients to the bottom of the mixing bowl with the scraper.

5Smash the ingredients at 20sec/REV 3.

6Place the smashed ingredients and 45g chocolate into a bowl.

7Mix the smashed ingredients and chocolate uniformly with the scraper and place the mixture into a pastry bag.

8Preheat the oven to 170℃.

9Squeeze the batter into muffin moulds.

10Sprinkle the chocolate on the batter.

11Bake the batter in the oven at 20min/170℃.
