    high temperature resistant chocolate (70% content), divided

How To Make starbucks chocolate muffin

    Put the corn oil, egg liquid, milk, and white sugar into the mixing bowl.

    Stir the ingredients at 50sec/REV 3.

    Add the sieved low gluten flour, corn starch, coco powder, baking powder, milk powder, and salt.

    Smash the ingredients at 40sec/REV 3 and scrape the smashed ingredients to the bottom of the mixing bowl with the scraper.

    Smash the ingredients at 20sec/REV 3.

    Place the smashed ingredients and 45g chocolate into a bowl.

    Mix the smashed ingredients and chocolate uniformly with the scraper and place the mixture into a pastry bag.

    Preheat the oven to 170℃.

    Squeeze the batter into muffin moulds.

    Sprinkle the chocolate on the batter.
