I had made a different burger posted here but I wasn't really satisfied with the outcome.The family loved it but I wanted a more ADULT BURGER for the guys while they are watching football games.So I rethought it out and this is what I came up with.I sent 12 to my husbands freight team and they sent me a note,stating this may be the best burgers ever....I will post it under pictures.This is a delicious burger.

Ingredients For spicey black bean pico de gallo burger

  • 3 lb
    90/10 ground meat (or your choice of grade)
  • 1 c
    chorizo
  • 3 clove
    garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1/4 c
    chipotle peppers and sauce((adobo)chopped very fine)
  • 15
    english muffins
  • 1 c
    black bean pico de gallo
  • 1 c
    jalapeno pico de gallo
  • 1 bottle
    spicey mustard
  • 11/2 c
    habanero cheese (grated) or your favorite cheese

How To Make spicey black bean pico de gallo burger

    THIS BURGER RECIPE CAN BE CUT IN HALF FOR A SMALLER GROUP.

    In a large bowl,combine ground meat,chorizo,chipolte peppers,black bean pico,garlic, salt and pepper.Form mixture into 15 patties.

    Heat grill to high.If cooking inside use a large skillet to cook 3 at a time.Place patties on the grill,cook about 7 mnutes per side or until done no pink in the center.

    Place burgers on English muffins.Top with 3 teaspoons of cheese.Top cheese with 2 teaspoons Pico De Gallo. ENJOY!!!!!!
