Ingredients For smoothy minicakes

  • 135 g
    butter, room temperature
  • 55 g
    white flour
  • 3
    white eggs,beated until snowy, soft
  • 70 g
    almonds, chopped
  • 144 g
    confectioners' sugar
  • some butter to grease
  • some sugar to sprinkle

How To Make smoothy minicakes

    Derreta a manteiga até obter um tom dourado e Melt the butter and drop it still hot over the beated eggs white,adding the almonds,the sugar and the flour.Pour in the muffins baking sheets and bake until golden. .

    Take them out,wait for getting colder.Finally sprinkle with some sugar.

    It can be served with ice cream and/or whipped cream...HEAVENLY!!!!!!!!!!
