This is my all-time favorite muffin recipe. I got it from my mom and it is just so darned tasty. They're so great with a bit of butter. Mmmm.

Oh my! We love an old-fashioned recipe that's not only easy but delicious. These apple muffins are right up our alley. They're moist and delicate, but not overly sweet. The apples and cinnamon shine with the simplicity of the muffin. You get a bit of the diced apples in every bite. A fantastic muffin with delightful fall flavors.

Ingredients For sinful apple muffins

  • 2 c
    all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    oil
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 3
    apples, peeled and chopped (i use braeburn)

How To Make sinful apple muffins

  • Flour, cinnamon, salt, and baking soda in a bowl.

    Stir flour, cinnamon, soda, and salt together.
  • Wet ingredients in a bowl.

    In a separate bowl, beat eggs until foamy. Beat in oil, sugar, and vanilla.
  • Combining wet and dry ingredients

    Stir in flour mixture until blended.
  • Folding apples into batter.

    Fold in apples.
  • Adding batter to baking tins.

    Spoon into muffin tins with paper liners.
  • Baked muffins out of the oven.

    Bake @ 350 for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
