Ingredients For sausage corn muffins

    all purpose flour
  • 3/4 c
    cornmeal
  • 2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1.75 c
    milk
  • 1
    egg, beaten
  • 1/2 lb
    bulk pork sausage

How To Make sausage corn muffins

    Combine first 5 ingredients.

    Mix in rest of ingredients.

    Spoon batter into greased muffin pan, filling 2/3 full.

    Bake at 425 for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
