11/2 tspbaking powder

1/2 csugar

1/2 cyogurt

1/4 coil

1 tspvanilla

How To Make raspberry muffins

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line muffin pan with paper liners.

2Stir together flour and baking powder. Set aside.

3Mix together egg and sugar until combined. Mix in yogurt, oil and vanilla.

4Fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix well, by hand.

5Fold in raspberries.

6Spoon batter into prepared pan.

7Bake 18-20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

8Cool in pan for 5 minutes, then remove to wire rack to cool.
