Tasty muffin. Try using strawberries as well.

Ingredients For raspberry muffins

  • 1 c
    flour
  • 11/2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1
    egg
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    yogurt
  • 1/4 c
    oil
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 c
    raspberries

How To Make raspberry muffins

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line muffin pan with paper liners.

    Stir together flour and baking powder. Set aside.
  • 3
    Mix together egg and sugar until combined. Mix in yogurt, oil and vanilla.

    Fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix well, by hand.

    Fold in raspberries.
  • 6
    Spoon batter into prepared pan.

    Bake 18-20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  • 8
    Cool in pan for 5 minutes, then remove to wire rack to cool.
