2 tspbaking powder

1/2 cunsalted butter, melted

3/4 cmilk

1 1/2 cfresh raspberries

1/4 csugar in the raw
How To Make raspberry muffins

1Heat oven to 400 degrees. Line muffin pan with paper liners.

2Combine 1 3/4 cup flour, sugar and baking powder.

3Add the melted butter and combine.

4In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg and vanilla.

5Add milk mixture to flour mixture.

6Toss berries in remaining 1/4 cup of flour.

7Gently fold berries into the batter.

8Fill muffins 3/4 full.

9Sprinkle with raw sugar.

10Bake 17 to 20 minutes.

11Cool in pan 10 minutes before removing to wire rack.
