Ingredients For raspberry muffins

  • 2 c
    flour
  • 3/4 c
    sugar
  • 2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/2 c
    unsalted butter, melted
  • 3/4 c
    milk
  • 1 lg
    egg
  • 1/4 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c
    fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 c
    sugar in the raw

How To Make raspberry muffins

    Heat oven to 400 degrees. Line muffin pan with paper liners.

    Combine 1 3/4 cup flour, sugar and baking powder.

    Add the melted butter and combine.
  • 4
    In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg and vanilla.

    Add milk mixture to flour mixture.
  • 6
    Toss berries in remaining 1/4 cup of flour.

    Gently fold berries into the batter.

    Fill muffins 3/4 full.

    Sprinkle with raw sugar.

    Bake 17 to 20 minutes.

    Cool in pan 10 minutes before removing to wire rack.
