1 1/2 cflour

1/2 csugar

2 tspbaking powder

1 tspcinnamon

1/2 tspsalt

1 lgegg

1/2 cfat free milk

1/4 ccanola oil

1 cchopped,peeled apples

1/4 craisins
- CRUMB TOPPINGS

2 Tbspflour
-
2 Tbspquick cooking oats
-
2 Tbspbrown sugar

1 tspcinnamon

1 Tbspcold butter or stick margarine
How To Make raisin apple muffins

1In a bowl,combine the 1st 5 ingredients. Combine next 3 ingredients. Stir into dry ingredients,just until moistened. Fold in apples and raisins.

2Coat muffin cups with non-stick cooking spray,or use paper liners. Fill 2/3 full.

3FOR TOPPING: In a bowl,combine the flours,oats,& brown sugar;cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over batter.

4Bake 375 in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes..Remove to a wire rack. Serve Warm (good at room temp. too.)
