1Oven to 350 degrees. Grease 12 muffin cups. Sift dry ingredients. Combine pumpkin, butter, eggs, buttermilk and vanilla. Combine in dry ingredients. Stir in nuts. Put 3/4 inot each muffin cup. Sprinkle with 2 T nuts. Bake 18-20 min or until they spring back when pressed with a finger.
