1 3/4 cflour

1/2 csugar

1 Tbspbaking powder

1 tspcinnamon

1/2 tspsalt

1/2 tspnutmeg

1 lgegg

1/2 ccanned or cooked pumpkin

1/2 ccanola oil

1 pkg(3oz)cream cheese..cut into 12 pieces
- STREUSAL TOPPING

1/4 cpacked brown sugar
-
1/4 cchopped pecans
-
1 tspcinnamon
-
1 Tbspbutter or margarine
How To Make pumpkin streusal muffins

1Combine 1st 6 ingredients. In another bowl,beat egg; add milk,pumpkin,& oil. Stir in dry ingredients just until moistened. Fill 12 greased or paper lined muffin cups 1/2 full. Place 1 piece of cream cheese in each muffin. Top with remaining batter.

2Combine packed brown sugar,pecans,& cinnamon. Cut butter into combined mix. Sprinkle over muffins. Bake 400 degrees 18-22 minutes or until muffins test done. Cool 5 minutes. Remove from pan to wire racks.Cool.
