Ingredients For pumpkin-oat muffins

  • 1 box
    pumpkin quick bread mix
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 1/3 c
    vegetable oil
  • 2
    eggs
  • 3/4 c
    quick cooking oats
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • cinnamon-sugar

How To Make pumpkin-oat muffins

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

    In a mixing bowl, prepare pumpkin quick bread mix according to package directions for muffins.

    Add quick cooking oats and ground cinnamon. Mix well.

    Grease muffin pan or line with paper baking cups.

    Pour batter into muffin cups (about 3/4 of the way full).

    Sprinkle the tops of the muffins with cinnamon-sugar.

    Bake for about 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

    Let cool out of the muffin pan.
