3/4 cpacked brown sugar

1`/2 cchopped walnuts

2 tspbaking powder

1 tspground cinnamon

1/2 tspbaking soda

1/4 tspsalt

2eggs

1 csolid pack pumpkin

3/4 ccarnation evaporated milk

1/4 cvegetable oil

2 tspmaple flavoring
- NUT TOPPING

2 Tbsppacked brown sugar

1/4 cchopped walnuts
How To Make pumpkin maple cream cheese muffins

1for cream cheese filling combine cream cheese, brown sugar and maple flavoring

2for muffins combine flour, brown sugar, walnuts, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda and salt in a large bowl. combine eggs, pumpkin, evaporated milk, oil and maple flavoring mix well. add pumpkin mixture to flour mixture, mixing until just blended.

3spoon into 12 greased muffin cups. cups will be very full. dollop 1 heaping tsp of cream cheese filling into centre of each cup, pressing into batter slightly.

4sprinkle nut topping over muffins

5bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 20 to 25 min. cool in pan for 5 min remove to wire rack to cool completely.
