1 1/2 calmond flour

3/4 tspbaking soda

2 1/2 tspcinnamon

1 tsppumpkin pie spice

4 lgeggs

3/4 ccanned pumpkin

1/3 cmaple syrup

1 tspvanilla

1/2 calmonds, chopped

2 Tbspraw sugar
How To Make pumpkin almond flour muffins

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line muffin pan with paper liners.

2In a large bowl, stir together the almond flour, baking soda, cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice.

3In another bowl whisk the eggs. Add pumpkin, maple syrup and vanilla.

4Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Mix together until combined. Fold in almonds.

5Divide batter among muffin cups.

6Sprinkle with raw sugar.

7Bake for 22-25 minutes.

8Cool in pan for 30 minutes.
