perfect breakfast muffin

I need to lose some weight and figured I would throw only healthy things into a bowl for breakfast, hence the name. I had everything on hand that went into the recipe, so My Perfect Muffin was born

Ingredients For perfect breakfast muffin

    older bananas
  • 2 lg
    eggs
  • 1 c
    oatmeal, uncooked
  • 1/4 c
    pecans, in pieces
  • 1 c
    blueberries, frozen

How To Make perfect breakfast muffin

    Smash bananas in medium size bowl with a fork. Add eggs and continue stirring with fork until well mixed.

    Add uncooked oats ( I used regular oats) and stir until mixture has everything thouroghly(?) coated. stir in chopped pecans.

    Gently fold in frozen blueberries.

    Fill muffin cups 1/2 full. Pop into 350 oven for 20 minutes
