Ingredients For pecan pear muffins

3 call-purpose flour

2 csugar

2 tspbaking soda

1 tspground cinnamon

1/2 tspsalt

2eggs

1 cvegetable oil

1 tspvanilla extract

4 cchopped, peeled ripe pears ( about 6 medium)

1 cchopped pecans
How To Make pecan pear muffins

1In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. In another bowl, combine the eggs, oil and vanilla; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.

2Fold in pears and pecans. Fill paper-lined muffin cups two-thirds full.

3Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until center of muffins spring back when touched lightly. Cool 5 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks. makes 2 dozen.
