Everyone loved these muffins! Found the recipe and added a streusel topping, works perfectly :)

Ingredients For peach muffins with streusel topping

3 call purpose flour
-
1 Tbspcinnamon
-
1 tspbaking soda
-
1 tspsalt
-
3/4 cvegetable oil
-
3eggs, lightly beaten
-
2 cwhite sugar
-
2 cpeaches, peeled, pitted and chopped
- STREUSEL TOPPING
-
1/4 csugar, white or brown
-
3 Tbspflour
-
2 Tbspbutter
How To Make peach muffins with streusel topping

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease muffin cups or use liners.

2In a large bowl, mix flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Separately mix oil, eggs and sugar in medium bowl.

3Stir the oil mixture into the dry mixture just until moistened. Fold in peaches. Spoon into cups.

4Bake 20-25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes until moving onto a cooling rack, then cool completely.

5STREUSEL TOPPING: Put 3 TBS flour and 1/4 cup sugar into small bowl. Add 2 TBS butter and lightly mix with fingers until it is crumbly. Sprinkle onto muffins just before baking.
