Ingredients For orange-raisin sticky muffins

1/4 cchopped raisins

1 Tbspsugar

1/2 tspcinnamon

1/2 cchopped nuts

1/3 cpacked brown sugar

2 Tbspmelted butter

2 Tbsphoney

1/4 tspcinnamon

3 tspbaking powder

2 call-purpose flour

1/2 tspsalt

1egg
-
2/3 cmilk

1/4 choney

1/3 cbutter melted

2 Tbspgrated orange peel
How To Make orange-raisin sticky muffins

1combine raisins, sugar and cinnamon; set aside.

2Topping: Combine nuts, brown sugar 2 tablespoons melted butter, 2 tablespoons honey, 1/4 tsp. cinnamon.

3Spoon 1 teaspoon into 12 greased muffin cups. Set aside.

4In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and salt.

5Beat egg, milk, honey, butter(1/3 cup) and orange peel; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Spoon 1 tablespoon of batter into the prepared muffin cups; Sprinkle with raisin mixture. Top with the remaining batter.

6Bake at 375 for 16-20 minutes or until muffins test done. Cool for 5 minutes; invert pan into a lightly buttered foil-lined shallow baking pan. Serve warm
