Ingredients For orange chocolate muffins

  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 6 Tbsp
    melted butter
  • 3 Tbsp
    frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1
    egg
  • 1 1/4 c
    flour
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 tsp
    soda
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 2 tsp
    orange peel
  • 3/4 c
    mini chocolate chips or more to taste

How To Make orange chocolate muffins

  • 1
    mix the wet ingredients in bowl. use your whisk to combine. add the dry ingredients. stir just combined. add the chocolate chips. put in greased muffin pan. 375 for 18-20 minute
