2 tspapple cider vinegar

2 1/2 call-purpose flour

1 tspbaking soda

1/2 tspsalt

2 cpeeled apples, diced into 1/2 inch chunks
How To Make okanagan apple muffins

1Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Butter and flour or line 12-count two muffin tins with paper cups.

2Make the topping. Combine the brown sugar, all-purpose flour, butter, and cinnamon in a bowl. Mix with fingers until crumbly. Set aside.

3For the muffins, beat the 1 1/2 cups brown sugar, oil, egg, and vanilla in a large bowl.

4Combine the water and apple cider vinegar.

5Sift together flour, baking soda, and salt.

6Blend alternating the flour mixture.

7Then the water vinegar mixture.

8Add the diced apples and mix just until combined.

9Spoon into muffin pan.

10Sprinkle each muffin with the topping.

11Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown and the top springs back when lightly touched.
