  • 1 3/4 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/3 c
    canola oil
  • 3/4 c
    white sugar
  • 1
    egg
  • 3/4 c
    milk
  • AFTER BAKED TOPPING
  • 1/2 c
    melted margarine
  • 1/3 c
    white sugar
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon

    Preheat Oven 350 Mix first five muffin ingredients,in a larger bowl mix all wet ingredients,to wet,add dry alternate with milk.

    Divide between each muffin cup each 1/2 full,bake 20-25 mins will be light in color

    After baked cool 5 mins dip tops in melted marg,then dip in sugar Makes about a dozen, delicious you will get rave reviews
