How To Make morning glory muffins

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2Sift dry ingredients into large bowl. Add fruit and nuts and stir well. Add eggs, oil, vanilla and stir only until combined.

3Spoon batter into greased cupcake tins or papers. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.

4Muffins should "ripen" for 24 hours to attain maximum flavor.
