2 call purpose flour

1 tspbaking powder

1 tspbaking soda

1/2 tspkosher salt

1/2 tspcinnamon

1/2 tspginger

1/4 tspfreshly grated nutmeg

1/4 tspcloves

3/4 cvanilla, maple or plain yogure

1/2 cdark molasses

2 Tbsphoney

1 tsppure vanilla extract

1/2 cgolden raisins
How To Make molasses spice muffins

1Beat eggs until fluffy with softened butter. Stir in yogurt, vanilla and honey. In another bowl, combine flours, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and cloves. Stir until no streaks remain. Gradually stir in dry mixture. Stir in raisins.

2Grease muffin pans or line with paper liners. Bake in a preheated 375° oven for about 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle confectioners icing over top while still warm.
