Ingredients For moist banana-nut bread muffin

  • 1/2 c
    butter, melted
  • 2 md
    eggs slightly beaten
  • 2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 3 md
    bananas / mashed
  • 1/2 or 1 c
    chopped nuts
  • 4 Tbsp
    sour cream
  • 1/4 c
    fresh milk
  • 1 c
    raisins--soaked in hot water

How To Make moist banana-nut bread muffin

  • 1
    Mixed dry ingredients, Add liquid ingredients. Stir with wooden spoon; Do not use mixer. Bake in muffin tin pans at 350 degrees for about 15 to 18 minutes, Or about 1 hour in a greased and floured loaf pan.
