Ingredients For moist banana muffins w/ crumb topping

1 cflour

1/2 cwhole wheat flour

1 tspbaking soda

1 tspbaking powder

1/4 tspsalt

3 lgbananas, mashed

3/4 csugar

1egg, lightly beaten
-
1/3 cmelted butter
-
1/3 cpacked, light brown sugar

2 Tbspflour
-
1/2 tspcinnamon
-
1 tspbutter
How To Make moist banana muffins w/ crumb topping

1Heat oven to 375. Lightly spray 10 muffin cups w/ cooking spray. in lg bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.

2In another lg bowl, beat bananas, sugar, egg and melted butter until somewhat smooth Stir the banana mix into flour mix just until moistened. Spoon batter into muffin cups 3/4 a way.

3In small bowl, mix together brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Cut in 1 tbsp butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over top of each muffin cup. Bake 20 mins, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
