moist and delicious blueberry muffins
i found this recipe on the back of a bag of sugar. you don't taste the oatmeal or the orange juice, but they make the muffins so moist, you won't want to stop eating at just one. i hope you will enjoy them as much as my family and friends.

1 cuncooked oatmeal

1 corange juice
-
3 call purpose flour
-
4 tspbaking powder
-
1 tspsalt
-
1/2 tspbaking soda
-
1 csugar
-
1 coil
-
3eggs, slightly beaten
-
3 cblueberries, rinsed
How To Make moist and delicious blueberry muffins

1Preheat at 375
line muffin tins
mix together the oatmeal and orange juice and set aside. -
2mix oil & eggs until blended, then fold in the oatmeal and orange juice mixture.
add the rest of the ingredients and mix until just combined, fold in blueberries(i actually use less then 3 cups). -
3fill muffin tins 3/4 full top with a mixture of cinnammon sugar and nuts if desired.
