Ingredients For mini-pepperoni pizza puffs

3/4 cbisquick baking mix

1/4 c2 % milk

1/2 tspdried oregano

1 lgegg, lightly beaten

1 cmozzarella cheese, shredded

1 cmini pepperoni or regular, both diced

1/2 cpizza sauce, yours or store bought

2 Tbspfresh basil, finely diced
How To Make mini-pepperoni pizza puffs

1Preheat oven to 375^. Grease a 24 cup mini-muffin pan. In a large bowl, whisk together Bisquick and oregano; whisk in the milk and egg. Stir in the mozzarella and pepperoni; let stand for 10 minutes. Stir the batter and divide among the muffin cups. Bake until puffed and golden, 20-25 minutes. Warm the pizza sauce, then stir in 1 Tablespoon of basil. Sprinkle the puffs with the remaining basil. Serve the puffs with the sauce for dipping.
