These of course would be fun with tons of other ingredients ! Some possible ideas that come to mind are (dice pretty fine of course); Canadian bacon/w pineapple tidbits, drained- sausage/ green or red bell pepper/ olives/ onions-- etc......

Ingredients For mini-pepperoni pizza puffs

  • 3/4 c
    bisquick baking mix
  • 1/4 c
    2 % milk
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried oregano
  • 1 lg
    egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 c
    mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 c
    mini pepperoni or regular, both diced
  • 1/2 c
    pizza sauce, yours or store bought
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh basil, finely diced

How To Make mini-pepperoni pizza puffs

    Preheat oven to 375^. Grease a 24 cup mini-muffin pan. In a large bowl, whisk together Bisquick and oregano; whisk in the milk and egg. Stir in the mozzarella and pepperoni; let stand for 10 minutes. Stir the batter and divide among the muffin cups. Bake until puffed and golden, 20-25 minutes. Warm the pizza sauce, then stir in 1 Tablespoon of basil. Sprinkle the puffs with the remaining basil. Serve the puffs with the sauce for dipping.
