I would make these for my kid's school parties when they were in grade school and when I was home-room momming. It was a healthy and good for you choice that teachers were pleased to have served as treats.

Ingredients For mini applesauce puffs

2 cpackage biscuit mix like bisquick

1/4 csugar

1 tspcinnamon
-
1/2 capplesauce
-
1/4 cmilk
-
1egg, ighty beaten

2 Tbspvegetable oil
- TOPPING:

2 Tbspmelted margarine
-
1 tspcinnamon

1/2 csugar
How To Make mini applesauce puffs

1Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.

2Combine biscuit mix, 1/4 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.

3Add applesauce, milk, egg and oil. Beat vigorously for 30 seconds.

4Grease 2 small muffins tins and fill two-thirds full. (yields 24)

5Bake in 400 degree oven for 12 minutes. Or until it comes out clean with a tooth pick. Ovens may vary.

6Dip tops in melted butter and then into sugar mixed with cinnamon. Yeilds 24
