Ingredients For mincemeat muffins!
- DRY INGREDIENTS

2 call purpose flour
-
1/2 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

1/2 tspground ginger

1 1/2 tspground cinnamon

1 tspsalt
-
2 tspbaking powder
-
1 tspbaking soda
- WET INGREDIENTS

2 lgeggs (well beaten)
-
1 Tbsplemon juice
-
zest of one lemon
-
1 capple sauce
-
4 Tbspmelted butter or margarine
-
1 cmincemeat
- OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS

1/2 cpecans (chopped)

1/2 ccraisins (dried cranberries) (chopped)
How To Make mincemeat muffins!

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

2Mix together dry ingredients in large bowl. Set aside.

3Beat the eggs well. Beat in all remaining wet ingredients.

4Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients (don't over stir).

5Put batter into cupcake liners in cupcake pan. Bake 18 - 28 minutes (depending on size of muffins and your oven).

6Check doneness by inserting a toothpick, if it comes out clean it is done.
