    jalapeno peppers

    vegetable oil

    Mix meal, flour, cheese,milk, eggs, mayo, oil,peppers,together. Spray muffin pans with pam or cooking spray of your choice. Bake in the oven on 350 for 25min. You can stick a toothpick to see if center ready.
