2 call purpose flour

2 Tbspbrown sugar

1 1/2 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspbaking soda

1/4 tspsalt

1 ctoasted chopped walnuts

1/2 cbuttermilk

1/2 cmaple syrup

1/3 cbutter,melted

1 lgegg,beaten

1/2 tspvanilla

1/2 tspmaple extract
How To Make maple walnut muffins

1To toast chopped walnuts:place in a single layer on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 6-7 minutes.

2Stir together sifted flour,brown sugar,baking powder,baking soda and salt.

3Stir toasted nuts into dry ingredients.

4In another bowl,stir together buttermilk,maple syrup,butter,egg,vanilla and maple extract until blended.

5Add buttermild mixture to dry ingredients and stir just to combine.

6Spoon batter into greased or lined muffin tins.

7Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 min.
