i love muffins and this was on the box years ago. as the kids got older i added nuts. brickle would be good too. chop some skor candy bars would be good too.

Ingredients For malt o meal muffins

  • 1 1/4 c
    flour
  • 3/4 c
    malt o meal or cream of wheat cereal
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 3/4 c
    milk or half/half
  • 1/4 c
    oil
  • 1
    egg
  • 1tbs
    baking powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    salt
  • 1 Tbsp
    vanilla

How To Make malt o meal muffins

  • 1
    combine the wet ingredients. add the dry ingredients. makes 12 muffins bake at 400 app 10-12 min
