Ingredients For lowfat blueberry peach muffin

1 call purpose flour (if u want them denser, use cake flour instead)

1 cwhole wheat flour

2/3 ctorbinado sugar (u can use white if you prefer)

2 1/2 tspbaking powder

1/4 tspbaking soda
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
2 tspcinnamon, ground

1 cskim milk
-
1/2 capplesauce
-
1 Tbspcanola oil
-
2egg whites
-
1 cfrozen blueberries
-
1 cdried peaches, cut
- TOPPING

1/4 csugar
-
1 tspcinnamon, ground
How To Make lowfat blueberry peach muffin

1While preheating your oven to 400 degrees, sift flours, sugar, baking powder, salt, baking soda and cinnamon.

2In separate bowl, mix milk, applesauce, oil and eggwhites.

3Mix the wet ingredients into the dry, stirring til just blended. Stir the fruit into the blend and pour into muffin tins. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of topping onto each muffin and bake for 20 mins.
