Ingredients For low-fat banana bran flake muffins

1 call purpose flour

1/2 csugar

1 tspbaking soda

1/2 tspsalt

1 1/2 cbran flakes cereal

5 to 6bananas, mashed
-
2eggs, beaten
-
1/2 to 3/4 cwalnuts or pecans (optional)
How To Make low-fat banana bran flake muffins

1Mix flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, bran flakes and nuts together.

2Add beaten eggs to mashed bananas, then add these to flour mixture.

3Line 12-count muffin tin with cupcake/muffin papers. Pour batter into muffin tin. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
