This is a pretty versatile recipe when it comes to wanting to make some personal modifications. I.E. Replace Stevia with 6t agave nectar... or... 1c ground flax seed & 1c whole wheat flour...

Ingredients For low carb flax bread

2 cflax seed, ground

5egg whites

2whole eggs, large

5 Tbspflax oil, coconut oil, or olive oil

1 Tbspbaking powder

1 tspsalt

1/2 cwater

3stevia packets

1 Tbsppure vanilla extract

1 tspground cinnamon (optional)
How To Make low carb flax bread

1Preheat oven to 350. Mix all dry ingredients.

2Mix all wet ingredients, and whisk into the dry ingredients. Pour into a bread pan, and bake for 30-40 mins.

3Some other awesome additions are pumpkin, fresh banana or protein powder flavor of choice. Great topped with almond or peanut butter!
