1 call purpose flour

1 cwhite wheat flour

1/2 cwhite sugar

1 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspbaking soda

1/2 tspsalt

1/4 cunsweetened apple sauce

1 cskim milk

2 lgeggs

2 Tbsplemon juice

1 tspvanilla extract

2 cfresh or frozen blueberries
How To Make low cal blueberry muffins

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.

2Sift together flours, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

3In a separate bowl combine the apple sauce, lemon juice, eggs, milk and vanilla extract. Add the liquid ingredients to the flour mixture, stirring just until moist.

4Fold in the blueberries.

5Spoon the batter into 12 muffin cups. Bake at 350 degrees for 22 minutes, or until golden.
