2eggs

3 coriginal bisquick mix
-
1 cmilk
-
2 Tbspvegetable oil

1 1/2 cshredded cheddar cheese

1-1 1/2 cham (cubed and fully cooked)
How To Make huffin puffin muffins

1Heat oven to 400 degrees. Spray the bottoms and sides of muffin cups with cooking spray. (Spray will work better than greasing them or using paper liners)

2Beat eggs slightly in medium bowl with a fork. Stir in Bisquick mix, milk and oil just until moistened. Stir in the cheese and the ham.

3Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups. Bake 18-20 minutes or until golden light brown. Immediately remove from the pan, top with margarine, (the more the better!) let melt and serve warm.
