1 cvanilla yogurt

1egg

1grated lemon rind

1/4 clemon juice

1 call purpose flour

1 cwhole wheat flour

1 1/2 tspbaking soda
How To Make honey yogurt muffins

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2Line muffin pan with paper liners.

3In a saucepan, melt the butter and honey. Let cool slightly.

4In a bowl, sift the flours and baking soda.

5Whisk together yogurt, egg, lemon rind and lemon juice.

6Add the butter and honey to the yogurt mixture.

7Fold the dry ingredients into the yogurt mixture until blended.

8Fill the muffin cups 2/3 full.

9Bake 20-25 minutes. Allow to cool in pan 5 minutes before removing to wire rack.
