Ingredients For honey corn muffins

  • 1 c
    flour
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1
    egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 c
    yellow corn meal
  • 1 can
    12-oz. can mexi-corn, drained
  • 4 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 1/3 c
    butter, melted
  • 1/3 c
    honey

How To Make honey corn muffins

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Combine all dry ingredients well; then add drained corn and toss lightly.

    Blend together milk, butter, honey and egg. Add mixture to dry ingredients and mix just until moistened.

    Prepare a muffin tin and spoon in mixture - fill 2/3 full. Bake muffins for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick, inserted into the middle, comes out clean.
