Ingredients For honey corn muffins

1 cflour

1/2 tspsalt

1egg, slightly beaten

1 cyellow corn meal
-
1 can12-oz. can mexi-corn, drained

4 tspbaking powder
-
1 cmilk
-
1/3 cbutter, melted
-
1/3 choney
How To Make honey corn muffins

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Combine all dry ingredients well; then add drained corn and toss lightly.

2Blend together milk, butter, honey and egg. Add mixture to dry ingredients and mix just until moistened.

3Prepare a muffin tin and spoon in mixture - fill 2/3 full. Bake muffins for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick, inserted into the middle, comes out clean.
