    PREHEAT OVEN TO 350... NOW BEFORE U START YOUR MUFFIN MIX, MIX YOUR 1 1/2 CUPS OF MILK WITH 2 TEASPOONS OF LEMON JUICE AND SET ASIDE (FAUX MILK) FOR 10MINUTES

    NOW IN A LARGE BOWL MIX ALL YOUR DRY INGREDIENTS TOGETHER WELL.... NOW MIX YOUR REMAINDER WET ITEMS TO YOUR MILK MIX (FAUX MILK) MIX TOGETHER WELL... NOTE:IF YOUR MELTED BUTTER SOLIDIFIES IT OKAY IT HAPPENS
