Ingredients For healthy mapple, almond and blueberry muffins

  • 1/3 c
    oats flour
  • 1 c
    almond flour
  • 2 scoop
    maple-vanilla vegan pro (raw nutritional)
  • 2 Tbsp
    flax meal
  • 1 tsp
    baking powde
  • 1 tsp
    apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 2 Tbsp
    almond butter
  • 1/2 c
    coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 c
    blueberry
  • maple flakes to garnish

How To Make healthy mapple, almond and blueberry muffins

    Preheat oven at 350C

    In a small bowl, mix flax meal with water, and set aside for 10 minutes.

    While the flax meal is thickening, add the almond flour, oats flour, vegan pro, baking soda and baking powder in a medium bowl. Mix well.

    Add the almond butter, apple cider vinegar, coconut sugar, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients, and mix until homogenous.

    Fold in the blueberry and pour into a muffin pan greased of line with muffin tray.

    Sprinkles some maple flakes on top and bake for 25 minutes.
