Great twist to having blueberry muffins, and grapes are available most places year round. Just be certain to use a seedless variety.

Ingredients For grape muffins

  • 3 c
    biscuit mix
  • 1/2 c
    light brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1/4 tsp
    nutmeg
  • 1
    egg
  • 2/3 c
    milk
  • 3 Tbsp
    butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 c
    seedless grapes

How To Make grape muffins

  • 1
    Combine biscuit mix, brown sugar, and nutmeg in a mixing bowl; mix well.

    Beat egg until frothy; mix in milk and butter. Pour egg mixture into dry ingredients; mix well. stri in grapes.

    Turn batter into 12 well-greased 2 1/2 inch muffin cups Bake at 400 for 20 minutes; remove from pan while hot.
