Ingredients For good for you bran muffins

  • 1 c
    milk
  • 1 1/2 c
    all-bran cereal
  • 3/4 stick
    butter, melted
  • 1
    egg
  • 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    molasses
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 1/4 c
    self-rising flour
  • 1 c
    raisins

How To Make good for you bran muffins

    Preheat oven to 375

    In a bowl, pour the milk over the bran cereal and let it soak for 20 minutes
  • 3
    Add the melted butter, egg, sugar, and molasses. Mix well
  • 4
    Add the baking soda to the flour then mix it with the liquid ingredients.

    Stir in the raisins. Spoon into greased muffin tins and bake
