These are the best Gluten Free muffins I have ever made! And I bake a lot of muffins! They are very fluffy, soft and delicious

Ingredients For gf banana chip muffins

1 cgluten free all purpose flour (i use jules gluten free)

1 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspbaking soda

1 tspdry milk powder
-
1/4 tspsalt

1/2 tspcinnamon
-
1/4 tspnutmeg
- COMBINE ALL THE DRY INGREDIENTS LISTED ABOVE

2 mdeggs
-
1/3 colive oil
-
2/3 cbrown sugar
-
2 smmashed bananas
-
1/3 csour cream
-
1/2 cwhite chocolate chips
How To Make gf banana chip muffins

1Preheat your oven to 400 degrees and put your muffin cups in your pan. I suggest spraying pam or oil in your muffin cups because they will stick.

2Start by sifting all of your dry ingredients together. In a separate bowl combine your eggs and oil together and mix well. Then add your brown sugar and mix until smoth. Then add your bananas and combine well.

3Add your wet ingredients to the sifted flour. Then add your sour cream and mix well. Then add your white chocolate chips and stir well.

4Fill your cups 2/3 full with mix. Put them in the oven from 17-20 minutes. Check them by inserting a toothpick. They are done when it comes out clean. They will rise and make beutiful fluffy muffins. Enjoy.
